Job Title: Alliance Manager

Grade Offered: Manager/Sr. Manager

Department: Consumer Product Finance

Reporting Authority: Alliance Head

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4-7 Years of relevant experience

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA/ PG

Job Description:

• Strategic Tie ups with Digital & Non-Digital Manufacturers/OEMs resulting in deeper market penetration and reach for achieving profitability and increase sales growth, planning & monitoring the performance

• OEM Account Management, joint promotional activities and event participation with OEM

• Creation and Implementation of various schemes/offers in line with product's P&L

• To conceptualize, develop and implement new strategies along with the OEM in order to significantly enhance the business performance and work towards the common goal of sales increment and brand visibility

• Financial management of the account in terms of Invoicing (Subvention Claim), billing disputes, settlement and revenue realization

• Driving sales through regional sales and product team.

Key Result Areas (Job Responsibilities):

• Strategize, plan and execute the acquisition plan for the OEM- includes hunting/commercial & agreement closure/account management

• Responsible for developing & driving sales productivity for the assigned set of accounts

• Ensure timely addressal of queries raised by OEM & managing reconciliations.

• Ensure timely receipt of subvention claims from OEM

• Liason with product team for scheme & offer creation. Implementation of the same with the OEMs and ensuring scheme & offer mapping in system

• Understand the competitive landscape and market dynamics and provide necessary feedback to product teams

• Work towards increment of finance share and corresponding AFL's share for the OEM through different product mixes, thus maintaining leading position of AFL.

Candidates from Consumer Durable Financing, Telecom, Banking, Fintechs are preferred
