Job Description
The role is to work with alliances to create business opportunities for Wipro and the alliance partner. Create joint offerings, build pipeline and deliver mutually beneficial results. Need to work with Wipro level alliances, Technology BU level strategic partners, sell-with / sell-through partners, other niche technology companies and start-up ecosystem. Will be goaled on alliance driven OB. Core responsibilities will include:  Domain financials: Increase in revenue generated through partner solutions. Drive increase in domain revenue by scaling domain solutions / offerings using partner products. Lead with domain differentiators, solutions, driving transformation and strategic engagements. Build a healthy pipeline with partner solutions. Market our solutions through partner sales channels. Build Domain & Solutions Capability: Support dissemination of partner offering information within accounts of engagement. Support in opportunity identification in the market, existing engagements with lock-in with the partners. Actively partner with solution providers’ / alliance partners. Integrate partner solutions with our IPs in the lab. Create PoCs and CoEs based on customer needs. Delivery and Customer Success: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all partner influenced projects. Deliver high quality of work with compliance to client needs and delivery parameters. Ensure proper governance with the partners to ensure right delivery. Thought Leadership: Increase thought leadership visibility of Wipro by engaging partner SMEs. Work with BU marketing team to brand the practice offerings and showcase thought leadership. Provide program level intelligence to account leadership, partner leadership and our sales team. Create KM documents for process & product configurations. Create case studies for all existing and new projects in the account – which are significantly partner solution lead.  People Management: Encourage team members to attain the required skill level in partner solutions. Create training content and make it available for domain team to learn with the help of partner’s training team. Arrange trainings and certifications for partner solutions as required.
