Job Description: A Leading Liquor Company requires an Area Sales Manager- On Trade and the responsibilities include

Job Title: Area Sales Manager -On Trade- Liquor Industry- Bangalore

Job Purpose - To ensure achievement of Sales Strategy as allocated by the company, by successful management and development of the team.

Job Responsibilities â€"

Provide the direction to the team for achievement of the business goals

Responsible for execution of the annual and monthly business plan of the company

Establish close working relationship with all the functions to maximize efficiencies and ensure timely execution

Any other task as may be delegated by the reporting Manager or Senior Management
Key Skills: Key Skills

Sales Planning
• Planning targets for the team based on the annual/monthly sales plan
• Route allocation and visit allocation for the team
• Coordination for ensuring Label registrations
• Suggest on discounts/schemes

Business Development
• Exploring new markets within the region
• Identifying and proposing new opportunities
• Adding new customers
• Propose new products based on market

Sales Booking
• Booking Sales Orders and credit notes
• Request for Allocation of stocks to the central SCM team
• Direct the team to ensure On time order confirmations, follow up for permits and other required documents with customers
• Follow up with the SCM team for ensuring deliveries on time
• Visit customers based on the visit plan
• Ensure that the BD representatives visit the customers regularly

• Follow up with customers for collections
• Follow up for C Forms collections
• Follow up for EVC collections

Team Related Responsibilities
• Review the daily sales report for the salesmen reporting directly
• Conduct appraisals of the team directly reporting
• Monitor assessment scores and suggest areas for improvement

Industry: Liquor Industry

Mandatory: Male Candidate. Excellent communication skills ..Experience with liquor industry, channel sales …exposure to ontrade and Retail. Handling bigger geography ..has to be from that particular location and not based out of any other location. He must have a mixed experience of On & Off trade.
Experience - 5 to 6 years
Job Location: Bangalore

Working Days :6 days
Qualification: Graduate
CTC: upto 10 lacs
