One of our client a one of the fastest growing leading hospitality brand an MNC which own's chain of Restrobars/ FINE DINE restaurants an operating across major india metro cities ( Delhi, Mumbai. Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai & overseas locations . The client aimed at creating businesses within the food & beverage and accommodation sectors, founded to create a niche in the indian food industry The client operates chain of Fine Dine Restaurants / Restrobars Ice cream Parlors/ Banquets across india.
We are looking for AGM(Maintenence ) for its corporate office at Okhla in Delhi
The details are as follows

III) EXPERIENCE-8- 15 years in maintenence
iv) Locations- OKHLA(DELHI)
v) Qualifications - Graduate /DIPLOMA IN electrical / Mechanical
Job Role Vision -
* Will be going to lead Project & maintenance department to devise Strategy to direct business results in the most efficient way possible, without sacrificing the brand standards.
* Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
*Inspect Outlets to ensure it meets safety standards
*Ensure routine maintenance in Outlets
*Organize repair projects in a manner that does not hamper operations
*Plan and oversee renovations and construction
*Act fast to resolve emergency issues
*Find ways to reduce operating costs and conserve energy
*Supervise team of Maintenance
* Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers
*Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs
*Excellent organizational and leadership skills
*Presentable with Good Communication Skills
*In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
*Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management)
*Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
