Agile and Dev Ops Practice Partner

Qualifications Significant experiencein a top consulting organization (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Big4 consulting firm, top-tier systems integrator) at Partner level or equivalentis required. Extensive professional relevant Agile and DevOps experience Proven track record of business development andover achievement on revenue targets. Experience launchingand executing successful Agile/DevOps and/or large transformation initiativesin complex and challenging environments.  Working knowledge ofAgile and DevOps frameworks and tools, including, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Value-Stream Mapping, common SDLCs, Continuous Integration, ContinuousDeployment, etc. Powerful verbal;written; presentation; facilitation; communication; relationship building and skills Experience motivating, multi-cultural, cross functional teams Experiencefacilitating high level client meetings and managing a robust portfolio ofclient projects Ability to understanda client’s business organization, as well industry and segment trends Willingness to beonsite at a client location and able to travel extensively to support the needsof the business Excellent clientpresence and proven client relationship building capability; willing to providesenior / top level client references Experience in working with large distributedteams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably involving an onshore/offshoremodel is highly desirable

Job Summary This role holds end to end sales, delivery and clientrelationship responsibility for practice direct channel and supporting salesefforts in named accounts in consultation with Practice Leadership. This roleis also responsible for practice development initiatives.   ThePractice Partner (PP) is a key member of Wipro’s Consulting team and is primarilyfocused on building strategic partnerships and managing consulting delivery,growth and operations for the client account. The PP is expected to identifyand qualify new opportunities to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets,profitability and timelines for client projects are achieved. Asan experienced, senior member of the team, the Practice Partner will shareownership and accountability for the successful execution of engagements withproject managers and client teams. This includes consistent oversight ofperformance and deliverable and recognition of risks to stakeholders. Furtherthe PP is expected to be a trusted advisor to our clients and to be able todeliver innovative solutions to complex problems. This includes providingthought leadership and mentoring to the client, other members of the practiceand engagement teams on best practices and Wipro’s consulting services.
