Ideal Profile of candidate
• Candidates preferred from Agency channel:
• Candidates can be from across Insurance – Health, General and Life Insurance
• Or fresher with good communication skill (English & Local language)
• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (candidate in 3rd year can be considered)
• Candidates should not be a job hopper
• Age should be less than 40 Years (deviation possible in case of exceptional profile)

• Enrolment of Existing IRDA Life/General Insurance Advisors
• Training& developing them
• Procuring business through them
• Continues training them for more productivity
