Position: Admission Support Executive
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Admission Support - you would be responsible for individual targets given by reporting manager. Responsibilities include, Sales, customer service, soft-skill, call handling, repo building with the candidates,
•Receiving In-bound calls and counselling for Medical and Engineering preparation.
•Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
•Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should able to convert in to the admission.
Qualification & Skill Requirements:
• Any Graduate with good communications
• Fresher and experience both can apply
• Upselling Skills
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• formal email communication.
• Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
Experience: 0-3 years
Salary: Upto 3L/A
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
Work Location: Janakpuri, Delhi.
