Job Description
1. Reporting directly to Operations Head based in Delhi who is on Business trips in Middle East frequently-

2. You will be required or need to create, analyze and file various types of spreadsheets and reports, hence you must know how to use the programs included in Microsoft Office software suites, particularly Excel and Word.

3. You must be able to quickly learn how to operate different types of software.

4. This position is very important hence all correspondence and important issues are to be attended instantly

5. Since Operations Head is moving in middle East hence Administrative Secretary must screen, answer , as well as other forms of correspondence. and forward telephone calls in proper format to Operations Head on day to day office

6. Coordinate between Delhi Office and Operations head of all activities as well as correspond with client

7. Data entry is a significant part of the job. When entering data, whether it’s financial or personnel-related, you must be quick, discreet and accurate.


Skills Required

1. Communication skills –Excellent written and verbal communication skills is mandatory for position

2. Computer proficiency –Excellent Computer skills. Also efficient to maintain Ministry /Emigrants data and to handle work independently in a software

3. Clients service skills –You will be required to deal with a great number of Companies senior executives on a regular basis, hence it’s crucial that you have excellent skills and able to convince your view points and able to get results at the end within schedule.

4. Attention to detail –You will frequently need to schedule meetings with Overseas Clients, arrange calls and modify schedules.

5. Organizational skills –You will be charged with handling large amounts of documents and information on a daily basis. It’s important that you must be highly organized at all times.

6. Financial skills –You will be required to handle or create financial documents, expense reports. You must possess at least a basic knowledge of financial documentation and principals.
