Informatica Professional Services (IPS) team in India supports our Global customers to ensure customer’s success and satisfaction with our products and services and contribute to their long-term loyalty. This is a 100+ people team.

We are currently seeking an administrative assistant for IPS team. The administrative assistant is a critical member of the support staff and provides administrative support to the leaders and the team in a professional and timely manner.

The administrative executive works one-to-one with the executives and also collaborate with team on a wide variety of matters The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a cheery disposition, impeccable organizational skills, and prior experience in an assistant role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help arranging meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain master corporate calendar of important conferences, all-hands events, etc.
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
  • Maintain country wise travel policies and advise team members as needed
  • Receive, inform, guide visitors including co-ordination with employees
  • Co-ordinate with Facility team and Vendors for event management e.g. offsites, trainings etc.
  • Manage Employee engagement and local events such as birthdays, work anniversaries etc.
  • Office space management and help with any new member orientation
  • Produce professional quality reports, presentations and briefs. Maintain operational reports, provide assistance to management for ad-hoc reporting.
  • Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally


Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or in other secretarial position
  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Basic bookkeeping and math skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
  • Current in today’s office technology, and computer software including MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion with personal and confidential information


Additional skills preferred
  • Ability to speak a second language is a plus
