Job Description:

  • General running and proper maintenance of the office
  • Renovations, stationery procurement
  • House Keeping
  • Vendor Management
  • Supervise the Support Staff e.g. Peons, Drivers
  • Ensuring Telephones, AC and other equipments are properly maintained.
  • Managing Group Properties (3 offices)
  • Managing admin work related to 20 branches all over India
  • In charge of fun at work activities (picnics etc.); pooja
  • Co-ordinating and Managing Events
  • Work at the Director’s homes
  • Maintenance contracts
  • Purchase of new fixtures
  • Reporting to the Directors of the Organization.

Desired Profile:

  • Candidates with a Graduate Degree with a high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Candidates must have at least 6-7 years of experience in the Administration Department
  • Computer Savvy
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good People Management and Negotiation Skills
