  • Effective cost reduction plannings. 
  • Vendor management & their AMC. 
  • Ensure of proper Housekeeping for Regional office, HUB, PPC & DC 
  • Facility of vendor Managements, supervising of various venders like housekeeping, plumbing, carpenter, Civil, electrician. 
  • Guest Managements (arrangements for flights, Hotels, bookings, lunch arrangements) 
  • Meetings Co-ordinations: Co-ordination for all administrates arrangements for internal & external. 
  • Events managements: providing necessary administrative arrangements. 
  • Liasoning with various authorities 
  • Dealing with Various Govt e.g. Municipal Corporation, various local authorities
