Job Description
• Assisting HR, Operations & Management

• Managing documents, general administrative and clerical support

• Assist in resolving any administrative problems

• Handling On-boarding & exit formalities

• Responds to recruitment enquiries

• Interview coordination

• Oversees guest house management services, including maintenance of building

• Scheduling meetings, Hotel booking & Travel arrangements

• Asset management, Track and monitor warranties of all hardware assets in scope.

• Logistics management

• Procurement & Vendor management

• Organizing relevant office events

• Coordinate with other offices
