Job Description
● Making PO and Performa Invoice.
● Email drafting to vendors and customers for new products and sending introduction.
● Stationary Management ( Ordering and dispatching to other branches)
● Pantry Management (Daily consumption and ordering)
● Attendance taking of Staff, Drivers, HK boys, Pantry Boys
● Management of (Printer/Water cooler/AC/ Xerox machine)
● Coordinating with other branch for their requirement and site visits.
● Shift arrangement of HK/Pantry Boys
● Vendor Management and payment follow up.
● Data Entry and documents management.
● Payment of utility bills ( MTNL/Electricity/ Mobile Bill/ Internet Bill/ Credit Card)
● Courier Management ( Arranging pickup / Courier distribution)
● Patty cash management ( approximately 25k month)
● Attending (Electrical/ Carpenter/ Plumbing) related issue.
● Generating various reports on Weekly and Monthly basis.
● Assisting senior staff and HR in their work
● Printing, Scanning, Filing documents of tenants and their letters.
● Making, distributing circulars
● Generating rent receipts, bank deposit and payment work.
