Job Description
• Prepare purchase orders, estimates & invoices
• Booking Labour, transport for within Delhi and other cities for shows/events
• Should know the knowhow of basic banking
• Prepare customs documentation and ATA Carnet documentation
• Correspond with clients, associates & suppliers
• Manage travel & hotel bookings for office staff
• Oversee housekeeping and kitchen / pantry facilities and upkeep of office
• Shop for office supplies and stationary, etc.
• Manage vendors and maintain relevant documentation, Vendor management includes selecting and developing vendors for meeting various facility requirements of organisation.
• Create streamlined processes for efficient functioning of admin/logistics department
• Deftly managing overall Administration functions across the organisation
