Job Description
  • Develop strategic and tactical BD & sales plans to achieve sales target for the FY. Develop new customers & consolidate existing ones. Proactively initiate, co-ordinate and manage deals through the sales cycle.
  • Create new customer, relationship management, create demand for the company offerings, bid co-ordination, submission & follow up to sign business, co-ordinate with external & internal stake holders for development of new business.
  • Track and monitor the relevant markets/trends/opportunities and work closely with the VP Operations to create a coherent marketing/business development opportunities landscape
  • Develop the comprehensive ecosystem of project mgt consultants/Technical consultants/Architects/OEM to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with turnkey contractors for regular enquiries /tenders and be the partner of choice.
  • Constantly work on proposing innovative solutions to the customer. Negotiate terms and conditions /payment terms and price which are favorable to company.
, Desired Profile
  • 4-8 years in the Physical Security industry,
  • Experienced and skilled in Highly developed organizational business development planning and management.
  • Large Account management, successful experience in handling turnkey contractors, large IT corporates, Industrial customers, Banking, Metro Rail and Airports.
  • Experience in the surveillance and homeland security industry is a must. Business and sales cycle understanding and experience.
  • English /Hindi/Any other south India language would be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Computers
  • MS office/PowerPoint/excel/word etc. Proficiency
  • Homeland security market trends, issues, events and needs, Knowledge of new and current technologies and trends in homeland security.
  • Knowledge of various Surveillance/Access /CCTV/ PAS/ PIDS/ Intrusion/ FAS and other related HLS platforms
  • Result oriented/Customer Focused/Good Communication skills/ in-depth understanding of the market/ Ability and Maturity to operate in remote setting with minimal supervision
