Job Description
Skill Sets:

Handling Complete Operations, Admin, Accounts, Billing and HR which includes Billing/Payments/Admin/Renewal Reminders/Filing/Sales Support

Provide complete Pre and Post sales support & account management

Knowledge of Accounting / Quickbooks / accounting systems.

Attendance, Leave Management for payroll processing & all HR related activities.

Ability to respond to customers etc in English via the Think Support Ticket system, Email and Phone

Only candidates currently working or living in Mumbai should apply.

Candidate Profile:
  • Ability to handle Support Requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
  • An enterprising leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organisational abilities.
  • Energetic leader with motivational and team building skills.
  • Works quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail. Should be able to interact with Clients and get their updates done.
  • Planning human resource requirements in consultation with the Management & conducting selection interviews.
  • Conceptualizing & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity,building capability and quality enhancement.
  • Should be a motivated self starter and like working on fast paced projects.
  • Superb Written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Happy to share Office Responsibilities.
