The Organization will act as a catalyst for the sustainable growth of business between India and Israel. Company operational connectivity with a host of business in India and Israel in order to leverage each other’s capabilities for enhancing Indo-Israel business relations. The Chamber will continuously interact with the Indian and Israeli Governments and will provide them feedback on bilateral issues relating to trade and investment. In essence and will acts as a forum for its member companies to interact with senior functionaries of both the Governments. It represents a wide spectrum of business and economic segments: manufacturing, exports, services and more. The member companies are involved in a cross-section of business domains such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, consumer goods, electronics, IT, pharmaceuticals, consulting, travel and tourism, etc.
Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
