Position: Manager Sales – BFSI
Organisation: InspiriSYS solution Ltd.  , 
Reporting: Regional Head / GM – Sales
Location: Delhi
Exp- 8yrs - 10yrs
Budget: CTC- INR 10L – 14L
Qualifications: - Graduate, MBA {mandatory}
Domain: Banking and Insurance

Job Responsibilities
Sales manager - BFSI is responsible for achieving assigned business targets for the territory/accounts. Building long term relationship, positioning the company and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To achieve the agreed quarterly, half yearly and annual targets.
  • Cold calling prospects in the assigned territory and focus area.
  • Meet at least 4 – 5 prospects / clients on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly sales activity reports.
  • To focus on account farming and hunting (new account acquisition).
  • Nurturing good relationship with prospects at the CXO level.
  • Tracking Target Vs. Achievements
  • To internally interface with presales, billing, commercial team to ensure overall group targets are met.
  • Maintain a healthy and cooperative environment in the team.

Candidate Profile:
  • You should have a minimum of 7+ years’ of experience selling in Banking & Insurance segment. Should have sold Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to Co-operative Banks like, District Cooperative Banks or Urban Cooperative Banks and Insurance. Specialized in selling Products or Services to leading private banks like HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, ICICI Banks or Foreign Banks. Should have proven track record of sales in products and services in the BFSI space.
  • Should have done minimum annual Sales of INR 5+ Crore.
  • Relevant experience in selling products and services to BFSI, PSU, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks, Foreign Banks and Insurance companies in the North or South Region.
  • Experienced in selling IT hardware { server\ storage\ network } , Managed Services, Cloud services, Security Products, Security Services like, implementation, internal/external audits and "Domain Specific Software products and applications" like, Core Banking Solutions, Payment Gateways, Mobile Apps, ERPs, CRMs.
  • Should have the combination of Hardware and Software selling experience (50:50 or 60:40) to Banks and Insurance companies.
  • Expert in lead generation.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Experience in building relations at CXO levels.
  • Experience in reporting and usage of sales tools
  • Non-Technical documentation skills including presentations.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) in English.
  • An achiever and consistent performer.
  • Customer centric approach–ability to work closely with customers and build relationships.
  • Key Segments: BFSI, Co-operative Banks, Private Banks & Insurance
