Job Description

A) Strategic (25%)
o Owner of client deliverables including: Strategic planning of quarterly and tactical communications (online and offline), overseeing the delivery/implementation of communications – in line with client briefs, to deadlines, budget.
o Planning for new promotions/campaigns, on-boarding new clients, developing new client relationships and setting up efficient processes, implementation and reporting
o Measuring the program against the defined metrics and pre-set objectives, taking feedback from participants via feedback questionnaire, understanding the client business, competition mapping and sharing the insight with client during review.
o Using data competently i.e. understanding program metrics and provide recommendations from time to time.
B) Account Management (65%)
o Developing, planning and implementing B2B and B2C communication programs
o Lead and take responsibility of overall client relationship on a day to day basis for all projects that go through the Client Services Team with appropriate delegation (internally or externally with vendor) to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time & budget.
o Day to day contact with clients regarding programs / their ongoing needs and respond in a timely manner to all client requests
o Prepare briefing documents on a project by project basis
o Actively participate in client weekly status meetings and any sessions pertaining to assigned projects
o Develop and retain strong client relationships.
o Manages multiple client relationships by working with Account management team
C) Financial (10%)
o Responsible for the overall P&L for projects
o Payment collection of all projects/jobs on a timely basis
