Title: Associate Delivery Head 

Overall 15+years of experience in IT services 

Delivery Leadership Experience in handling large Engagements (300+ FTEs)

Industry/Domain: Retail Banking & Lending

Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree (Engineering or Science), MBA (Finance, IS)

1. Global Delivery Management:

-Proven experience in global delivery of Product Implementations

-Solid Industry technology & domain Knowledge in Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Mortgage, Auto Loans

-Should have managed cross functional/cross geographical teams in delivering large programs

-Strong Change Management skills

-Well versed in project financials

-Strong Analytical/Problem solving skills

-Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability

-Manage delivery in multi-partner environment

-Strong Knowledge of software development life cycle.

-Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget and with high quality

-Pro-active Risk and Escalation Management

-Accountable for CSAT

-Collaborative approach, both within the firm and with the client organizations Ability to influence peers and stakeholders

2. Client Management

-Strong Communication skills and ability to confidently articulate a point of view

-Strong understanding of key client stakeholders/organization and the Power Map Equations

-Ability to quickly get plugged into the Account team and gain understanding of Account Plan and Key client and internal stakeholders

-Ability to listen to a client and arrive at a Problem Definition/Business Case

-Experience in Contract/Commercial Management. Ability to engage with Contract Management/Legal teams as appropriate

-Escalation Management

-Front ending and qualifying new opportunities. Be on the constant lookout for Up Selling/Cross Selling other offerings

-Well versed with the industry dynamics and knowledgeable about emerging trends
