e Implement quality audits across all projects and contracts to ensure that all services provided by outsource contractors are in compliance with the department quality management system.
e Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and define the causes of each Non-Conformance (NC).
e Follow up the execution of the Corrective Actions (CA) and ensure they eliminate the NC causes,
e Assist audit team in developing audit reports; present audit reports to the management, as needed. e Assist in development of audit plans and audit schedules. e Suggest recommendations for improvement and manage the improvement projects.
