Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BE) is a 4 year programme which aims at making a candidate expertise in all the subjects of Civil Department and an expert for one. The Department of Civil Engineering has been in existence since 2013. The departmental activities embrace Planning, Design, Construction and Management. The academic activities of the Department emphasizes deep understanding of fundamental principles, development of creative ability to handle the challenges of Civil Engineering, and the analytical ability to solve problems which are interdisciplinary in nature. The mission of the department is to deliver global quality technical education by nurturing a conducive learning environment for a better tomorrow through continuous improvement and customisation and to impart state of art techniques to create eco-friendly infra-structure. The Vision of the department is to become a leading centre of excellence in Civil Engineering education which will be highly recognized at national and international levels as well as contributing to the technology for the overall development of the society.
