Keyskills: Job Description:This role encompasses Account & deal intelligence & content building of our sales Enablement and client-facing deliverables. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for using available content repositories, and innovative tools for delivering impactful messaging. A critical part of this role is ott be able ott identify relevant information, understand the value proposition and apply language skills ott create impactful content while retaining the core message of content received from stakeholders across functions.Role & Responsibilities:As the Content manager, lead Account & deal intelligence & content initiativesAccount & Deal Intelligence:?Understand & critically assess the value of various content artefacts for different source for target accounts and stakeholders?Access, filter, analyze, synthesize, accumulate, store, communicate and apply knowledge?Aware of how the new communications, collaboration and information technologies effectively support the Sales processes within the organizations?Strong secondary (and primary) research skills, analytical ability, and clarity of thought - Ability ott communicate findings and recommendationsNew collateral development:?Researching, writing and organizing ideas ? Email, mailers, POV, Thought Leadership, case study development, capability decks / write ups?Review and interpret customer?s requirements?Storyboarding?ensuring all necessary groups / resources are engaged as required ott produce an accurate write up?conducting interviews, reviewing solutions / ideas with SMEs & key stakeholders ott develop first drafts?Work with BU team members, BD managers and SMEs for inputs, content review and sign off?Working with graphic designers for design inputs?Vendor management - Leverage external expertise for quick impactCandidates will require -?A business-oriented vision with good industry (IT, KPO / BPO) understanding?Knowledge & understanding of business drivers & processes?Strong secondary (and primary) research skills, analytical ability, and clarity of thought - Ability ott communicate findings and recommendations?Excellent stakeholder management (esp senior folks) with proven experience of working with multiple stakeholders?High degree of dynamism: Hunger ott explore new mediums and technology?Experience in working with visual content mediums including Videos, Infographics, Flash, Prezi will be a plusQualification:?Prior experience in business writing, research and analysis will be preferredPrior exposure with business / marketing communication
