Keyskills: Position Summary (5 -8 years experience)Responsible for maintaining and managing Quality Center Tool. Responsible for providing Quality Center Administration services for Banking projects; inclusive but not limited ott activities supporting metric tracking, reporting and assisting in the coordinating, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Center Upgrades. Essential Job Functions 1.Plan, coordinate and apply patches, updates and version upgrades2.Support Quality Center community of users across multiple locations3.Test, coordinate and implement Quality Center Software and Middleware patches / updates 4.Install, configure and implement additional servers as required5.Maintenance and additions of new projects, fields and workflows ott HP Quality Center data elements as needed.6.Troubleshoot Quality Center issues / defects with servers, installations and connectivity7.Provide guidance ott Quality Center user community during upgrades and migrations8.Maintain a working relationship with HP support, research / development and product teams ott review and propose necessary additions / modifications for upcoming product releases9.Ensure adherence ott compliance, key controls and standard recommendations10.Develop User access reports and maintain user account directory11.Documents all configurations and resolutions relating ott servers and issues12. Performs other duties as assigned.Job Specifications?Required Education or Equivalent Experience?Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field required.?Required Experience?6 or more years HP Quality Center or ALM Administration experience?1 or more years of Quality Assurance testing experience?3 or more years of experience in SQL?Experience in scripting languages like Visual Basic or C,C++?Proficient in Excel: pivot tables, formulas, macros?Experience in MS Office products?Excellent analytical skills and ability ott think critically?Excellent verbal and written communication skills?Must be able ott organize and prioritize workload in order ott meet necessary deadlines?Able ott make independent judgments / decisions within established guidelines?Have implemented standard processes, tools, and metrics ott deliver large-scale projects from inception ott conclusion that met quantifiable business objectives?Ability, desire and motivation ott learn quickly and pick up new skills
