Designation : Zonal Manager ? West

Job Role : Acquisition of business of power rental by exploring, prospecting and visiting clients.

Key Focus : The primary focus of this role is to acquire new business for rental equipment from industrial / construction / banking / hospitality / events and other segments.

Qualifications; Role Specific Knowledge and Experience :

Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Post graduate diploma/degree in Business Management with specialization in Sales or Marketing will be preferred.

Relevant work experience of 4-5 years.

Experience in handling key accounts will be preferable

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Should be able to handle stressful business situations and remain calm under pressure

Job Description :

Achieve the set business targets in terms of value and capacity.

Prepare operational plan for targeted business.

Build and sustain relationships with key officials in the target sectors as well as with specific identified key officials / large engineering consulting firms.

Prepare monthly forecasts and accordingly plan strategy to acquire new accounts.

Collect and analyse relevant market intelligence.

Explore leads and pursue the potential ones.

Submit quotations, negotiate and close orders.

Pursue with HO to ensure timely execution, installation and commissioning per accepted schedule.

Ensure on-time collection of payments.

Ensure client retention.

Explore scope for additional business with existing clients.

Decide and implement the marketing communication plan covering advertising and sales promotional activities.

Provide required support to marketing function.

Forecast business at quarterly periodicity.

Achieve set targets of revenue and profitability / contribution.

Maximize market share.

Ensure ?Customer Delight? through regular, quality interactions and resolving issues.

Ensure regular reporting to HO per prescribed periodicity and formats.

Ensure creation of Perennial brand equity through every act and action
