The Key Responsibilities of the Incumbent: Identify potential insurance advisors and recruit them in accordance with the business plan. Have a team of highly productive advisors. Set targets for advisors. Meet sales target consistently. Facilitate training, monitor the development, and give feedback to advisors regarding their performance. Maintain daily activity and recruitment tracker.
MBA in Marketing (preferred) / Graduate - Any Stream. Good academic record. At least 2 years of Sales Experience in Finance companies / Banks/ Consumer Durables/Telecom Sector/ Top Advisors/Members of MDRT. Should not have shifted jobs too frequently. Fairly good command over English as well as local language. Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales. Positive attitude, energetic. Team managing experience is desired. Good networking skills and ability to generate leads and recruit influential advisors. The candidate should be localite of the city for which he is selected or should have worked in the location for a minimum of 3 yrs.
