• Application Testing - Knowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development. • System testing • - Knowledge of and ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle. • Software Quality Assurance - Knowledge of software quality assurance tools and techniques, and ability to evaluate new or enhanced systems, software packages and software applications to ensure a high level of quality, including adherence to functionality and quality requirements. • System Development Lifecycle - Knowledge of project management techniques, and ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases. • Knows Fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Quality Assurance Requested Skill Sets: • Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems • Conduct testing of software in accordance with SDLC. • QA experience in testing of web/windows applications. • Good experience/knowledge of banking applications, Domain knowledge of U.S. Banking is helpful • Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office • Ability to understand and create detail test scripts from design documents, independent and integrated products and product trainings. • Ability to analyze and report defects or program variances from Regression executions to management and development team. • Experience of testing real-time US Banking GUI’s is preferable • Must have elementary Knowledge of UFT.
