I. MPTA Education Ltd. (www.mpta.in): MPTA Education, the institution of modern education with futuristic ideas was established in the year 2005 in the city of Pune. The institution has been the first of its kind to focus on employability with a combination of academics and skills enhancement of each student. MPTA’s Corporate Service Division provides End to End solutions to its customers by providing Training, Staffing, Consulting and Recruitment solutions under one roof. We also provide On Job Training (OJT) and B.Sc. (Industrial Science) degree to SSC, HSC and ITI/Diploma students who enroll for the Earn and Learn scheme. For this scheme we have established tie ups with more than 40 manufacturing companies in and around Pune. Net Study: "Net study" is an e-learning initiative where currently Vedic Mathematics, Career Guidance and Evaluation Test (C-GET) is offered.
II. Walker Footwear Industries Ltd. (www.walkerfootwear.net): With its manufacturing unit set up in Pirangut, it supplies Industrial safety shoes across India as well as exports them to African, Gulf and Asian countries. With State-of-Art machinery and latest laboratory facilities, the shoes are tested at every stage of production complying with all ISI standards. With a customer base of more than thousand, Walker Footwear today produces more than 500 pairs per day and the infrastructure facilities are geared to take it to 1500 pairs per day.
III. Amigo Hospitality Services: Amigo Hospitality Services was started in 2012 and has the following three verticals i. Service Apartments (www.amigohospitality.in): A chain of Guest house in and around Pune providing stay at a reasonable cost as compared to Hotels. Advantages being more space, home cooked food and a personalized care taker. ii. Industrial Canteen Services: We operate in two ways, Off Site (wherein food is prepared in our Central Kitchen & dispatched to Companies) & On Site (where food is prepared in the Customer premises). Canteen facilities available at locations like Ranjangaon, Chakan, Baner, Kharadi etc. iii. Cafeteria Services: Masala Box a division of Amigo Hospitality Services provides fast food services in reputed IT companies & IT parks with a touch of Indian flavor.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
