Minimum 4 years of thorough knowledge of Ariba Network/CSC and Invoice Pro Process Enablement
At least 2 years with Ariba P2P Enablement, preferably Ariba 14s
Knowledge of other Ariba modules and its back end integration with SAP ECC or Oracle R12 ERP is desirable
Spent at least 2 years acting as the Senior Ariba Solutions Lead supporting professional services sales cycle including proposal development, RFP responses, account development, Delivery Management and expansion initiatives
10+ years of experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules Order Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Information & Performance Management, PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, Direct Connect for transactional date, SAP PI Adapter, ITK etc.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
