Handle the full life cycle of recruitment. Review and understand assigned requirements and prioritize the recruitment activities based on the requirements. Review applicants based on the Job description. Source, screen and schedule interview with the panels and maintain candidate information - database/MIS Simultaneously work on back up resources for niche requirements. Work closely with technical teams to understand the technology and the candidate requirements Post the requirements on the job portals/ Consultants/Professional Networks and promote the company’s image to candidates and external service providers.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
