Should have minimum 4 years of experience on Automation QTP UFT Testing Experience in Automation frameworks like Data driven, keyword driven. Design, Develop, Automation Scripts & troubleshoot problems using QTP. Strong knowledge on Test Automation. Strong scripting skill using VB Script. Experience working in an agile environment preferred. SQL skills will be an added advantage. Good in logical thinking Good understanding of Automation life cycle

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
