Position: Jr / Sr : Consultant Job Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore Desired Skills & Experience: Must have at least 6 months to 5 years’ experience in Application Development & Support using BMC - Remedy (ARS, ITSM, CMDB). Knowledge on ADDM would be an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving abilities & analytical skills is must. Candidate with BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA - Computer Science/IT with good academic background. Passion for technology and flexibility to work in new technologies. Candidates willing to join us within 1-2 weeks are highly preferred. Willing to travel within & outside India.
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
