Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Exceed sales revenue quotas by Bringing new contracts/ Vendor ship and job orders through prospects and developing new customer database and maintain healthy relationships.
• Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new Clients
• Present company service offerings to clients, client consultation and development of proposals.
• Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating how Success Source Staffing can meet their needs.
• Creates proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients’ needs.
• Coordinate with the internal Recruiting Team to fix schedules starting from Interview to on-board of the candidate, including: complete and submit job order tickets to Fulfilment Manager
• Analyse the market and suggest the actions for growth by understanding regular market trends, and keep an active networking.

Required Skills & Experience
• The Business Development Manager will be required to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral and will require advanced communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to analyse industry trends and penetrate key client organizations across territory.
• A high level of comfort with performing cold calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.
• The ability to identify prospective hiring needs of Organisations, propose solutions and convert prospects to clients.
• Action and results oriented attitude. Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the vendor agreements.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience and a proven track record for closing new accounts.
• Previous experience in selling staffing solutions is preferred but not required.
• Experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Salary -Negotiable-not a constraint if we find you the best. + Incentives
