Designation - Sr. IT Recruiter & For US IT Recruiter

Need a person with experience in Semi Conductors with experience in hiring for the following skills “Physical Design” “RTL Design” “Verification”, “analog design”, “analog layout” etc.

Job Description -

• Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling, and establishing a network of talent and resources.
• Complete detailed job scopes conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications.
• Source candidates via resume databases, job boards, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
• Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.
• Articulate value proposition for candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
• Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews.
• Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
• Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role.
• Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
• Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
• Semiconductor recruiting experience is mandatory.

FOR US IT Recruiter

• Prior experience using Monster, Dice and other job boards to source candidates.
• Well versed with US Tax terms , like W2 ,1099 ,Corp-Corp
• Strong command of the English language both written and oral.
• Ability to understand and follow client specific processes and procedures to ensure account compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction Effectively communicate in writing.
• Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
• Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
• Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure.
• Strong computer, candidate mining, and internet searching skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision Assimilate well into a team environment.
• Should have knowledge in many job boards like DICE Career Builder, Monster, Indeed etc.
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process-Pre-screening, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers. Maintaining the database, forming talent pool.Well versed with sourcing profiles from different job portals.
• Involved in social media hiring.
• Meeting Requirement Timelines for different projects.
• Maintaining daily reports of Recruitment Activities.
• Managing from initial screening up to the offer approval to the candidate.
• Following up with the Candidates regarding the Selection and Interview Processes.
• Good understanding of tax terms and Visas.
