DL is a must, and 4 Wheeler driving preferable

Job Description of TL / Team Leader /Assistant Manager
Min 6-10 years of exp in CAR SALES, min 2 yrs as TL

DL is a must, and 4 Wheeler driving preferable

Should have 2 Wheeler

Candidates from Auto mobile industry will be preferred.

Salary - between 18K - 28K CTC

Also looking Sr. Sales Executives / TLs for Hexa (JD enclosed) Salary upto 22K to 28K for Sr. Executives and 25K to 30K for Team Leaders

Job Description for Customer Advisor
1 Track pipeline, status of each lead and conversion potential on daily basis

2 Attend to All Events and Activities as defined in monthly plan

3 Completes all documentation and collects customer information during the activity in order to open the green form

4 Follows up on the lead allotted after receiving green form with customer Information

5 Conducts home visit / Test Drive as per appointment

6 Plan and adhere to the schedule of Home Visits / Test drive at 100 % conversion Ratio

7 Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer

8 Position TML products according to the identified need of the customer / stocks availability of CMIL

9 Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer

10 Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve Brand Champion in case not able to address the questions

11 Conduct lead qualification and update the form accordingly

13 Continuous follow up with the customer at each stage to convert the green form to yellow form

14 Gets commitment sheet signed off with the customer after booking of the vehicle and completing all document

15 Follows up with the customer at each stage of selling and collects documents/payments as required

16 Communicates with the customer in case of any changes to the delivery time, pending documents, balance payment

17 Conduct standard delivery process prescribed by TML and ensure completion of all pending activities

18 Will liason between customer and RTO dept. Till such time the RC is delivered to customer

19 Follow up and close all customer complaints and if required conduct Home Visits

20 Provide inputs to brand champions for lost customer analysis on weekly basis
