Job Summary: The IT/Technical Recruiter is responsible for high-level position matching through in-depth analysis of job skills and qualifications to determine which candidates to source, interview and hire.
Should be willing to work in US timings (7:30pm to 4:30am IST) Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Regularly interacting with Account Manager to understand the requirement.
Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Must have good attitude and should show commitment towards the given responsibilities.

Must have strong 2-3 year of end-to-end US IT recruitment / Technical staffing experience is required on C2C & W2. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts.
Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
Must be good team player and should be capable to interact with the team members on a regular basis.
Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (Like W2, 1099 and corp2corp).
Must have good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards etc .
Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
