I am Urgently looking for Oracle Applications Database Administrator / Apps DBA for a project in Bangalore. Someone with 4 to 15 Years experience would be the ideal. Location would be Bangalore
-R12.2 Application and database Cloning and Patching (adop). Excellent on RAC - Good knowledge in Troubleshooting and resolving any Application and database issues. - Must be well versed with AD utilities, concurrent managers, workflow and other EBS components. - Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups, register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc. - Good to have skills related to SSO, SSL and other advanced EBS concepts. - Performance tuning at DB and apps Level.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
