Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Business process understanding and how it works in ERP technologies 
  • Responsible for effectively planning the timeline, scope, cost, effort, and resources for the ERP implementation and change management 
  • Responsible for leading all work streams related to ERP implementation and Support 
  • Demonstrating strong business understanding and suggest solutions and workarounds for various business scenarios 
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to Project Management practices and change management process 
  • Drive effective project management for executing ERP related engagement by closely monitoring all project stages like requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements etc. 
  • Comparative understanding of various ERP technologies and pros and cons of one over other 
  • Responsible for managing implementation, change management and support activities for ERP Applications 
  • Responsible for engaging with Implementation teams and business users for refining requirements, providing guidance and participate as a functional team member for the project 
  • Responsible for executing and communicating the project progress to stakeholders 
  • Responsible for analyzing and resolving project related issues that can impact project 
  • Responsible for envisage and sense the risks in the projects and capable of making mitigation plan for the same 
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical consultants during the implementation phase for analyzing and designing the interface required 
  • Collaborate closely with server, storage and network administrators to design proactive management processes that ensure ERP application availability & performance are in line with industry standards 
  • Responsible for ensuing legal and security compliances by defining & ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining updated documentation at all times 
  • Responsible for suggesting expert advice and ensure the effective business controls implementation through ERP 
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of project 
  • Interacting with Head of Departments, implementation partner teams, consultants and other stakeholders 
  • Maintaining excellent stakeholder relationship 
  • Steep learning curve and adapting to new business situations quickly and work under a competitive environment 
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining deliverables repository 
  • Responsible for driving organization wide change management for effective adoption of the ERP application 




Skills Required:

  • Engineering and / or MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes or CAs 
  • 4-6 years of strong experience in ERP, business analyst 
  • Technical knowledge of ERP Applications SAP, Oracle 
  • Any specific module understanding finance, material, sales and distribution etc. is a plus 
  • Strong Quantitative and Analytical skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to interface with end users and effectively support their requirements 
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between business and IT teams 
  • Good multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environments. 
  • Project Management Certification PMP/PRINCE 2, preferable 
  • Ability to gather and document complex business requirements 
  • Prior experience in handling stakeholders directly
