Requirements â¢ BE / MBA â¢ 5-7 yearsâ experience â¢ Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in e-learning â¢ Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences â¢ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization â¢ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close â¢ Strong business sense and industry expertise

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
