â¢ Experience of atleast 2-5 years minimum (Preference to be given for banking experience in Credit).
1. Credit Appraisal of loan applications; analyze financial statements and other key information to determine the credit worthiness of applicants. 2. Preparation of Credit Monitoring and Assessment (CMA) based on financial statements and modelling in MS-Excel for appraisal of commercial projects, preparation of cash-flow statements. 3. Risk assessment based on analysis of financial statements, management discussions, subjective analysis including business risk parameters, industry analysis, etc. 4. Evaluation of risks involved in the project/company and recommending mitigation for the same in the form of collateral securities, guarantees critical covenants etc. 5. Presenting the credit proposals to banks for their assessment and liaisoning with the bank for timely and effectively submission of information to banks. Academic :
