Job Description: Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics ï· Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel ï· Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams ï· Mobilize Business for Current Accounts ï· Drive Numbers and Value ï· Recruit and train the team members on regular basis ï· Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch ï· One point contact for the TM in case of any grievance from customerâs side ï· Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important customers. ï· Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set. ï· Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms of documents collected, IP cheque.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
