Job Description
Urgent opening for HR role in Compensation & Benefits in one of the leading life insurance company at Bangalore.

Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
*Driving and influencing key HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Compensation Management, HR Automation)
*Working relations include interactions with,
oSenior Management Team members - to discuss on HR issues, clarify on queries
oPayroll team - for payroll inputs and related queries
oC&B team - to drive PMS, Appraisal and Increment cycles
oMembers of the Leadership Team

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
*MBA in Human Resources (CAT A Institutes )
*Minimum 5 years of HR experience
*Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist.
*Proven experience of HR systems
*Desirable that the person has done one stint as HRBP / Talent acquisition.
