Designation: Accounts Executive Job Location: Andheri â" E Qualification: Graduate (B Com / M Com) Experience: Minimum 3 - 8 year Experience
Job Responsibility: â¢ To co-ordinate between team members in accomplishing and executing of various task â¢ To plan various activity in advance and allocate work for smooth & timely execution â¢ Reviewing checklist of statutory compliance under Indirect Tax & ensure that compliance of the same are submitted on time â¢ Co--ordinate with other Dept and solving queries in timely manner TDS â¢ To Review & assist in timely finalization of GST and payments and returns. â¢ To have no delay in submission of above returns. â¢ To assist preparation of timely and proper details for GST Audit â¢ To ensures minimum statutory audits queries & irregularities pointed by internal audit â¢ Indirect Tax Compliance â¢ Handling Indirect Taxes which includes Monthly tax Provision, GST, TDS â¢ Prepare all information required for tax Assessment / Scrutiny or hearing within timeline set forth" â¢ TDS Computation & filing" â¢ Isse of C forms in timely manner Maintain list of C forms receivable and timely follow up of the same.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
