Job Description : ATM Customer Support Engineer, resource has to visit the ATM’s for support services, new ATM machines installations and reinstallations Software loading , Patch updating , PM Preventive Maintenance activity , and complete ATM machine support services activities.
Candidate should have basic Desktop/Computer knowledge and basic Desktop/ Computer hardware technology knowledge( Motherboard/HDD/ODD / RAM ) & Operating System. Win XP / Win 7
We DPI shall provide 10-15 days real time training on attending the calls.
ESI & PF absolutely / mandatory to applicable which will paid by company
Travel Per call will be paid : Per Call 50Rs
Mobile allowance shall paid additionally : 500 Rs Per Month

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
