Handling walk-ins, addressing their queries, ensuring conversions Identifying and contacting various Industries and approaching them for Executive MBA program. Generating database of new clients, propose them for company presentation and approach maximum enrollments through info desks and other corporate events. Building up network with HR of different companies and getting references. Making Cold Calls to Companies to get contact details of concerned HR personnel such as email ids, phone numbers and personally visit to meet them. Following up with companies/ individuals and taking constant update on enrollments. Participate in different marketing activities & events.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
