JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be responsible for:
• To manage all assigned projects. • Coordination with freelance Translators for producing the translated version of other languages. • To manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet customer expectations, quality, turn-around time and budget expectations. • The management of multiple localization projects in a fast‐paced environment. • Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with Global Translation partner. • Maintaining Project Sheets & other MIS reports. • Quality check of the file in coordination with the seniors before delivery to TL. • To work on Translation related software & application. • Helps facilitate the Team Leader in the day to day running of projects. • Compliance with relevant and applicable procedures.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
