Job description-

-Escalate the issues of the customer via Online chat / Web.
-Resolve the unsolved issues of the UK & US Based customers.
-Mainly work with Chat support Only.
-Maintain the relationship between Host & Guest. 

Candidate profile-

- Minimum 12th Pass Required / Graduate.
- Fresher & Experience can also Apply.
- Voice Process (Non-Technical). 
- 5 Days Working Pattern. 
- Rotational week off .
Should be Fluent in English Language.
