Ensuring prompt escalation of non-compliant and or deficient documents. Ensuring timely & accurate submission of MIS and or regulatory returns. Ensuring Timely and accurate settlements of transactions. Bond master monitoring. ? Documenting transactions / handling and processing of Bond master documentation.
Should be fast and accurate with excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be a strong team player and demonstrate excellent team work. High commitment to work Willingness to work late hours /work in staggered working arrangement, in case the same is required. Must have very Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Power Point.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
