Experience in or in-depth knowledge of Risk Based Testing. Experienced in problem solving system and/or application issues. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficient math skills including basic algebraic concepts and mathematical calculations (i.e. use of spreadsheets) as well as fundamental accounting concepts. Expertise in Agency/Producer management and Commission lifecycle & In-depth understanding on the business processes. Knowledge of the Compensation Domain including, but not limited to: o Understanding of compensation structures o Agent Hierarchy & Relationship concepts o Compensation input and outputs o Pay methodologies o Understanding of Licensing and Authority o Policy Payment event concepts
