Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Managing local sales team of sales & Service engineers. 
  • Identifying potential buyers for the companys product, making cold calls and making presentation at customer place. 
  • Identifying actual buyers out of the above efforts. 
  • Potential buyer visit in the allotted area, making contact in the maintenance, purchase, electrical or design department of the potential customer. 
  • Making follow-ups, Preparation of on time offer, demonstration of products and closing the order. 
  • Regular customer interactions by E-mail, phone, letters. 
  • Bulk marketing campaigns and introduction of companys products. 
  • Collecting leads and passing on to other colleagues in other areas followups. 
  • Following up with user/customers for their feedback and closing the techno commercial clarifications. 
  • Updating the head office through updated order book, pending order status, daily reports, monthly reports, quarterly material requisitions and annual budget to HQ. 
  • Preparation of Sales reports and other sales related documents. 
  • Interaction with Head quarters Germany for technical offers. 
  • Interaction with Field sales personnel and customers for delivery,order status, 
  • One point contact for the Head quarter and the customer in the allotted area. 
  • Follow up for pending payments/schedules/forms etc. and updating the head office. 
  • Follow up with freight forwarders and cargo movers for delivery related issues. 
  • Updating of customer contact list and master data on time to time basis. 
  • Regular reporting to HQ. 
  • Organisation and participation in events/seminars/exhibitions.
